Our honey is guaranteed to be 100% pure, nothing added, nothing removed. Our honey is not heated or filtered. Our honey retains its flavour, is pollen-rich and leaves the all important enzymes intact.

It is called raw honey. Raw honey can be used medicinally to slow aging, look younger, prevent hair loss, aid in digestion, improve metabolism, and reduce hay fever symptoms. Taken before bedtime, it will improve sleep. Honey can be taken in place of sugar and can be mixed in warm water, lemon juice or other alternative. Honey can be kept forever, as long as the lid is tightly sealed. Most honey granulates, some within days, others within months.

If you prefer honey in a liquid state, loosen the lid and heat the container in water slowly until the honey clears.

Do not overheat or microwave honey. It will destroy the enzymes and flavour.
